Starting and quitting the Cam_title_updater.exe utility

Start the Cam_title_updater.exe utility as follows:

Start -> All Programs -> Intellect -> Tools -> Update titles DB.
OR
<Intellect installation folder>\Modules using Cam_title_updater.exe file.
