The Telemetry Controller object is used to register and configure the serial (COM) ports used for connecting the PTZ devices in Axxon PSIM.

The settings panel of the Telemetry Controller object is shown in the figure:

If you select a non-null, the local COM port has a higher priority than other devices when processing commands to the PTZ device. Otherwise, the COM port priority is set by default
