Note
The Dahua DHI-ASM202 biometric USB reader must be connected to the Dahua terminal.
You can enter fingerprints into the Dahua terminal using the Dahua DHI-ASM202 biometric USB reader. To do this, do the following:
- Create and configure the Dahua parent object (see Configuring the Dahua parent object).
Assign the Dahua parent object as a control reader in the Access Manager (see Configuring control readers in the Access Manager).
- In the editing window of the user to whom you want to add fingerprints, right-click the photo and select Extensions → Dahua.
As a result, the ASM202 fingerprint capture window will open. - Add fingerprints one by one by clicking the
button.Note
To delete a fingerprint, click the button.
- After you added all required fingerprints, click the Save button to save the fingerprints. The window for working with fingerprints will close.
In the user editing window, click the Save button to save the changes.
Adding the user's fingerprints is complete.
