If a local network with limited Internet access, which is behind NAT, is installed at the facility, it is possible to install a bridge to transfer video streams from IP devices to AxxonNet.
Bridge is a network device with installed Axxon One that integrates video streams from all IP devices installed at the facility to transfer data to AxxonNet.
To connect a device to the AxxonNet domain, do the following:
- Go to the Devices tab and click the
button In the window that opens, enter the Name and the MAC address of the device and click the ADD button. To cancel the actions, click the CANCEL button.
Note
- When entering the MAC address, you must use only Latin letters and Arabic numerals.
- If the device with the specified MAC address has already been added to AxxonNet, the following message will be displayed: This device with this MAC address is already in use.
The process of adding the device to AxxonNet will start.
To cancel adding the device to AxxonNet, click the
button and in the window that opens, click the YES button. To cancel the deletion, click the NO button.The device is added to AxxonNet.
Note
If there is no connection between the device and AxxonNet, the device has an OFFLINE status.
- To add the device to the AxxonNet domain, click the
Connecting the device to the AxxonNet domain is complete. The bar will display information about which Domain and Resource container the device is connected to.
To unbind the device from the AxxonNet domain, click the button and in the window that opens, click the YES button. To cancel unbinding, click the NO button.
To remove the device from AxxonNet, click the button and in the window that opens, click the YES button. To cancel removal, click the NO button.
Attention!
The button is active only if the device isn’t connected to the AxxonNet domain.
