Web-Server (see Configuring the Web-Server)Required
  • Before installation, make sure that port 80 is free in the system. By default, port 80 is used by the Web-Server in Windows OS (see Configuring the Web-Server).
  • If the version of AxxonData is lower than 3.15, the default installation is performed on port 80 when you use the HTTP access protocol. In this case, to web access AxxonData and add Servers to it, you must open port 80 from Client devices or from the connected Axxon One Server. If port 80 is busy (for example, if the Axxon One Server is running at the time of installation), you will be prompted to use port 8082.
  • If internet access is limited on the Server, for the stable operation of AxxonData, you must allow access to the websites ocsp.digicert.com and ctldl.windowsupdate.com via TCP port 80

443

(Linux and Windows)

nginxRequired
  • Before installation, make sure that port 443 is free in the system. If you install via HTTPS, a standard AxxonData installation will be performed using a certificate on port 443

8081

8082

(Linux and Windows)

Not required
  • You cannot install AxxonData together with Axxon PSIM, because the CassiniService service is started during Axxon PSIM installation. This service runs on port 8081, the same port as the nginx service of AxxonData.
  • If you install the version of AxxonData lower than 3.15, port 80 is busy when you use the HTTP access protocol, the installation is performed on port 8082. You must provide public access to this port.
  • For the correct operation of AxxonData, you must open port 8082 from Client devices or from the connected Axxon One Server. Otherwise, the Web-Client in AxxonData won't be available

  • Before installation, make sure that port 8080 is free in the system. By default, port 8080 uses the Virtual input (see Configure virtual inputs). If port 8080 is busy, the domain synchronization with AxxonData isn’t possible.
  • If AxxonData is installed on port 8082, you must provide public access to port 8888
