Registration

To register with AxxonNet, do the following:

  1. On the main page of AxxonNet, click the Sign up button.
  2. Enter your Email and Password twice.
  3. Click the SIGN UP button.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address.

    Note

    If you try to register the user who already exists in the system, the warning message Invalid login will be displayed.

  5. Confirm registration.

The registration is complete.

Authorization

To authorize in AxxonNet, it is necessary to register. On the main page of AxxonNet, enter your Username or email and Password, and click the SIGN IN button.

Note

If you enter incorrect Username or email or Password, the warning message Invalid login or password will be displayed.

If you configured two-factor authentication in the account (see Two-factor authentication of the user account):

  • receive an email with a confirmation code: a confirmation code will be sent to the registered email. In the Confirmation code field, enter the confirmation code within 60 seconds and click the APPLY button. Click the RESEND link to resend the confirmation code.

  • receive a confirmation code via the Microsoft Authentificator app: in the Confirmation code field, enter the one-time password from the Microsoft Authentificator mobile app and click the APPLY button.

Note

  • If both types of two-factor authentication are configured in the user account, you can authorize in any convenient way. To change the authentication type, click the Sign in with the OTP from email / Sign in with the OTP from Microsoft Authentificator app link.
  • If you entered an invalid confirmation code, the Invalid Code! (Attempts left: 2) message will be displayed. After three unsuccessful attempts to enter the confirmation code, the IP address of the identifying device will be blocked for 10 minutes. In this case, to authorize you must log in to AxxonNet using another device, or after 10 minutes on the device that displayed the warning: You have reached the limit of attempts. Please, try again later, in 10 minutes.

When you authorize with your Google account, you'll be automatically redirected to AxxonNet and prompted to set a password.

Use it next time you sign in.

Password recovery

To recover your password, click the Forgot password? link and do the following:

  1. Enter your Email and click the RESTORE button.

    An email with further instructions will be sent to the specified Email.
  2. In the received email letter, click the Change password button.
    Enter your new password twice and click the UPDATE PASSWORD button.

Password updated successfully. Use it next time you sign in.

Password change

To change your password, do the following:

  1. Register and sign in to AxxonNet.
  2. On the Domains tab in the upper right corner, click the  button.
  3. Click the button.
  4. Click the Change password link.
  5. Enter Current password, and New password twice.

  6. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.

    Note

    • If you enter your current password incorrectly, the warning message Current password is incorrect will be displayed.
    • If you enter your current password correctly and new password twice, the message Password has been updated will be displayed.

Password changed successfully. Use it next time you sign in.
