In order to create a group of statuses do the following:
In the Name field enter the name of a new group of statuses (2).
In the Description field enter a short description of a group of statuses (3).
Note
This field is optional for filling in.
In the StatusColumn_Selected column of the Group statuses table (4) set checkboxes checked for those statuses that should be added to the group.
Note
One should make sure that these statuses are in use (in the In use field there is Yes). Otherwise the statuses will be ignored while making a report by group.
Creating a new group of statuses is completed.
