Purpose of document

‘“Data import/export” program module. Setting guide’ document is a reference and information manual. It is meant for configuration specialists and operators of “Data import” and “Data export” modules.  This module is a part of access control system (ACS) that is carried out on the basis of ACFA Intellect software package.

The following information is performed in this Guide:

  1. General information about “Data import/export” program module;
  2. Setting up “Data import” program module;
  3. Setting up “Data export” program module;
  4. Working with “Data import/export” program module.

General information about “Data import/export” module

“Data import/export” program module is a component of ACS that is carried out on the basis of ACFA Intellect software package. It allows to import information about staff from external database to database of ACFA Intellect software package.

“Data import/export” module allows:

  1. GET_DEPARTMENTS_INFO – get information about  all departments;
  2. GET_DEPARTMENT_INFO_BY_EXTERNAL_ID - get information about  department by external_id;
  3. GET_PERSON_INFO_BY_EXTERNAL_ID -  get information about  one person by external_id;
  4. GET_PERSONS_INFO_BY_DEPARTMENT - get information about  all persons of department by external_id of department;
  5. GET_DISMISSED_PERSONS – get identifiers of dismissed persons (external_id );
  6. GET_PHOTO_PERSON_BY_EXTERNAL_ID – get photo of person by by external_id;
  7. GET_DEPARTMENTS_MODIFIED_INFO – get information about modified departments;
  8. GET_PERSONS_MODIFIED_INFO - get information about all modified persons.

Before setting “Data import/export” program module it should be configurated in equipment tree of ACFA Intellect software package by changing queries in ini files.
