To receive remote support, do the following:
- Download Team viewer or Anydesk application.
- Run the downloaded application.
- Provide us with your ID and Password to connect:
Note
If Internet connection is slow, the launch of the portable Team viewer utility may take some time, since the resources are loaded from the manufacturer's website.
