Half-frame processing should be performed using the image interlaced scanning (the Reduce large resolution checkbox is set). If the half-frame processing is enabled, when the next frame is received, a new frame is created and processed, consisting only of the even rows of the initial frame. By default, the LPR channel processes the half-frame.
When the full resolution is used, a half-frame shouldn't be processed, and the Reduce large resolution checkbox should be clear.
Note
Frame processing settings are set only when using the following program modules: AUTO-Uragan, CARMEN-Auto, ARH-Railway, VIT, IntLab, LPR IntelliVision.
To set the frame processing, do the following:
- Go to the LPR channel object settings panel, corresponding to the activated module (see Activating the program module, used for identifying the plates).
Set the Reduce large resolution checkbox (1).
Note
It is recommended to always set the Reduce large resolution checkbox in order to decrease the CPU load.
- Click the Apply button (2).
The frame processing setup is now complete.
