Documentation for AxxonSoft Mobile Clients.

The client app for mobile devices on Android OS (version 5.0 and higher), Wear OS (version 2.0 and higher) and Android TV is available for free on Google Play.

On Android mobile devices, the application is available in vertical and horizontal display in light and dark themes. To change the display, it is necessary to enable the ability to change the screen orientation and rotate the device in the device settings.

Note

You can manage the app on Android TV only with the mouse.

The client for Android devices allows connecting to the Axxon One Server and Axxon PSIM Server.

* Receiving the audio from the Axxon One Server and Axxon PSIM Server is available only for the mp4 playback format and cameras with H.264 stream (see Viewing live video in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

** To perform the face search on the Axxon One Server, the face detection option must be pre-configured (see Category: Face).

*** For the Axxon PSIM Server, push notifications are generated only when a camera alarm occurs.

**** For the Axxon One Server, push notifications are generated by a macro and when the Server/domain is disconnected/connected in the cloud. Authorization in the app via AxxonNet is required.
