Documentation for AxxonSoft Mobile Clients.

To receive push notifications, you must pre-configure this option (see Configuring push notifications in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

If you enabled images display in push notifications, then push notifications will contain images taken at the time the event is triggered. Large images are displayed via the Wi-Fi connection, and small images are displayed via the mobile Internet connection.

Attention!

  • To receive push notifications, you must set the appropriate permissions for the AxxonNet app in the settings of your mobile device.
  • The images in push notifications are displayed only if the AxxonNet app is running and active. If the application is minimized (inactive), then the images aren't displayed. This restriction is related to the Android OS features.

If you tap the notification, you will go to viewing the camera archive at the beginning of this alarm event.

When a Server/domain is disconnected/connected, then the name of the Server/domain in AxxonNet, the event that occurred (connection established or lost), and the date-time of the event are displayed.

For Android 8.0 and higher, the number of received push notifications is displayed on the AxxonNet app icon.

To open the notifications without opening the app, tap and hold the application icon. The Notifications group will display the information on the last unread notification and their total number.

Note

Not all Android desktops (launchers) support viewing notifications by the app icon.
