Documentation for Axxon Next 3.1.1. Documentation for other versions of Axxon Next is [available too].

You can set a detection zone that is common to all situation analysis detection tools.

Detection zones are analyzed by all situation analysis detection tools.

By default, the entire frame is a detection zone. The detection zone is marked with a dimmed green background.

If you need to exclude complex zones in the camera field of view from analysis (leaves, water, etc.), delete the detection zone in the area. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Detection Tools list, highlight a Situation analysis  object (1) that offers a means of analyzing the situation in the field of view of the required video camera.
  2. In the viewing tile (2), set the nodes of the closed area, in order, inside or outside of which you want to delete the detection zone.

    Note

When the area is being constructed, the nodes are connected by a two-color dotted line which outlines the area's borders

  3. As soon as a closed area is set, the  icon bar appears for creating and deleting the detection zone inside or outside the area. To utilize an icon's function, click it with the left mouse button. Red icons let you delete the detection zone
