There is a possibility to assign tables, containing plates and names to be displayed in the interface window Vehicle tracer, to the columns. Table's columns will be displayed in the window with search successful results of the identified number in the External Plates Database.
To assign names to table's columns, containing vehicle plates, it is necessary to do the following:
...
- Go to Hardware tab of system System settings dialog window (Fig. 7.8—21).
- Select the «External External Plates Database» Database in the objects tree (Fig. 7.6—8, 2).

- Press the «Connection settings» Connection settings button (Fig. 7.6—8, 3).
- «External External DB connection wizard» wizard will be displayed in result (Fig. 7.6—9).
...
- Set the connection string to the External DB (Fig. 7.6—9, 1), then select from the table list the table, containing vehicle plates (Fig. 7.6—9, 2) (see steps 5-7 in the section External DB connection).
- A list of columns in the selected table will be displayed in the «DB DB fields settings» settings table in result (Fig. 7.6—9, 3).
- Enter the corresponding to column names that will be displayed in the «Name» column» Name column of the «Vehicle Tracer» Vehicle Tracer interface window (Fig. 7.6—9, 3).
- Select check boxes checkboxes opposite the lines fields of which should be displayed in the «Vechicle Tracer» Vechicle Tracer interface window (Fig. 7.6—9, 4).
Click
«OK»OK to save the applied changes and closing the dialog window External DB connection wizard (
Fig. 7.6—9,5).

- Click «Apply» (Fig. 7.6—8, Apply (4).
Assigning names to table's columns, containing vehicle plates is completed.
