It is possible to expand the ATM-Intellect system with modules CCRVS and CSC. These modules are not included in the ATM-Intellect distribution kit and are supplied separately.
The main CCRVS functionality is maintaining a single list of all the objects of protection (ATMs) and the components of the security system, central control of technical condition and alarms of all the objects of protection (ATMs), monitoring of the actions of operators, CCRVS operator working with alarm reports, centralized reporting and centralized handling of complaints. Also, CCRVS may apply send a request to the processing center of the bank to obtain information about transactions.
