  1. Select the Interface settings item of the Settings functional menu.
    The Settings window will open.
  2. Set the Hide seconds in reports checkbox to display time in reports in HH:MM format (1).
  3. To show disabled users set the corresponding checkbox (21).
  4. To save changes click the Apply button(32).
