  1. Start the utility from the Windows taskbar. Click Start, then Programs, then Intellect, then Utilities, then Playback and Conversion. The Converter.exe utility is available from the Start menu with the following installation types of the Intellect software: Server, Remote administrator workstation, Remote monitoring workstationclient.
  2. Start the utility from the Tools folder of the Intellect program folder. Example: C:\Intellect\Tools\converter.exe.
