  1. Start the utility from the Windows taskbar. Click Start, then Programs, then Intellect, then Tools, then FPS testing utility.
    The fps.exe utility is available from the Start menu with the following installation types of the Intellect software: Server, Remote administrator workstation, Remote monitoring workstationclient.
  2. Start the utility from the Tools folder of the Intellect program folder: <Intellect>\Tools\fps.exe .
