The countries recognition functional is realized in the Auto-Intellect software only for Auto-Uragan, CARMEN-Auto, VIT and CARMEN-parking modules.
The full list of supported countries for CARMEN-Auto and CARMEN-parking modules is available on request to technical support of the module manufacturer (AHR).
LPR channel with active Auto-Uragan module identifies vehicles' license plates of the countries listed in The Auto-Uragan module functionality.
LPR channel with active VIT module identifies vehicles' license plates of the countries listed on the manufacturer's site.

While setting the LPR channel with Auto-Uragan/CARMEN-Auto/VIT/CARMEN-parking active module it is necessary to state a specific country to be able to identify the plates belonging to that country. This setting specifies the format of the license plates to be used in the recognition process.

The plates of the selected country will be recognized with maximum probability. The plates which do not fit the plate format of the selected country will still be recognized, although with lesser probability. | ||

To select the country, do the following:
- In the System Settings dialog window, open the Hardware tab.
- In the object tree on the left side of the Hardware tab, select the LPR channel object representing the Auto-Uragan recognition module. The settings panel of the selected object will open on the right side of the window (see Activating the program module, used for identifying the plates section).
Select the country in the Country drop-down list (3).
Info title Note. To select a state, that is a part of CIS countries or Baltic States, select CIS value.
Info title Note. If the CARMEN-Auto module is activated, Country list is used for selecting the plates identifying mode: slow or rapid. On default, only the cmanpr-7.2.7.108: general recognition engine used for recognizing all the Latin characters of the plates (for example, relevant to such counties as Argentina, India, Africa and Singapour) is created while installing the Auto-Intellect software package. The country recognition function is not used.
If the VIT module is activated but there is no Hasp key, all countries supported by module are available in the list and plates recognizing is not performedTo add additional recognition engines download them from the web-site and install them using the EngineManager utility. Procedure of installing recognition engines using the EngineManager utility is described in the engine_install_windows.txt file located in the folder with corresponding recognition engine.

It is possible to change the list of plate patterns which are to be recognized by the Auto-URAGAN or VIT module at country selecting after the update of Auto-Intellect hardware protection key firmware (see PatCgfr.exe utility for active patterns configuration or PresetEditor.exe utility for active patterns configuration of VIT module section correspondingly).
- Click Apply (4).
The selection of emitter-state is completed.
