It is recommended to use the the CARMEN-parking module  module for LP recognition of vehicles speed of which is not exceeded more than 25 km/h.

Setting up the Configure CARMEN-parking program module is done in the following way program module as follows:

  1. Go to the the Hardware tab  tab in the the System settings dialog window  dialog window (1).
  2. In the objects tree on the in the Hardware tab select the CARMEN-parking object,  tab select the PARKING Module object corresponding to the set configured CARMEN-parking program  program module (2). The settings panel of the selected object will open on the right side of the window.
  3. In the the Recording frame rate field  field enter the value of recording frame rate per second second (3).

  4. Enter the value in the the Number of frames for recognition field  field (4).

     Specified Specified number of frames for recognition is sent to the LPR channel each every 3 seconds. Recognized number license plate will be displayed in case of if the same license plate will be is recognized at least on in two frames.

  5. Enter the value in the the Number of lanes field  field (5).
  6. Click Click Apply to  to save the changes changes (6).

Setting up the Configuration of the CARMEN-parking program module  module is completed.

Recognition of the same license plate is performed once per 10 seconds.

The CARMEN-parking module can operate in 64-bits mode - for this set the Run x64 modules checkbox checked in Intellect. However, simultaneous operation of 32-bits and 64-bits SDK on one computer is not possible (find details in Configuring of using 64-bits modules).
