The data for the created person may be generated automatically: the values of the SurnameLast name, Name, Patronymic and Department fields are taken from the name of the uploaded file. Dot, space or underscore can be used as a separator.

The format of the file name is to be in on of the following formats:

• %surname%%last name%.%name%.%patronymic%.%department%.%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
• %surname% %last name% %name% %patronymic% %department% %any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
• %surname%%last name%_%name%_%patronymic%_%department%_%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person%file format%

Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, PNG, GIF and BMP.
