MS SQL can use dynamical ports to synchronize databases.

To specify which ports are in use go to the Start -> All programs -> Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014 -> Configuration Tools -> SQL Server Configuration Manager -> SQL Server Network Configuration -> Protocol for SQLEXPRESS -> TCP/IP -> IP Adresses menu and check which type and number of port are specified in the IPAII parameter.
