If the moment of time interval beginning is set later than the moment of ending, then time zone shedule will cover the present day (from the time interval beginning) and part of the following day (to the time interval ending) on conditions that the Time zone shedule is set for the present and following day. If the Time zone is set only for the present day, then the Time zone will end at 0:00:00.
