Program modules support direct interworking of the hardware, and also serve as a source of data about controllable objects. The software kernel of the system processes the incoming data from various program modules, providing their integration. The kernel sends ICMP packages to program modules every 5 seconds to check their availability.

The list of the program modules available for the operations depends on the configuration option of the system. Executive files, corresponding to the subsystems are automatically launched by the kernel as the system is configured
