The data for the created person may be generated automatically: the values of the Last name, Name, Patronymic and Department fields are taken from the name of the uploaded file. Dot, space or underscore The following characters can be used as a separator: a period, a comma, a space symbol, a low line.

The format of the file name is to be in on of the following formats:

• %last name%.%name%.%patronymic%.%department%.%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
• %last name%,%name%,%patronymic%,%department%,%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
• %last name% %name% %patronymic% %department% %any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
• %last name%_%name%_%patronymic%_%department%_%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person%file person.%file format%

Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, PNG, GIF and BMP.
