To configure receiving eventsthe events receiving, do the following

  1. By default, the Android Mobile Client gets receives the events from the Server. Disable To stop the events receiving, disable the corresponding parameter in order not to get events (1).
  2. Select the autoupdate interval for events5 seconds10 seconds or 1 minute (2).
  3. To disable the images display in push notifications, disable the corresponding parameter (3).
  4. For proper operation of push notifications perform the following actions in the direct order

    1. Connect directly to the required AxxonNet Axxon Next Server (see Direct Server connection). 

    2. Go to the list of cameras on the added Server (see Displaying and searching for cameras in Android Mobile Client).

      To receive push notifications from the Axxon Next Server, connect this Server to the AxxonNet cloud service (see AxxonNet Setup and Operation).


    4. On the Server statistics screen, go to the Pushes tab and click subscribe (see Server statistics screenGo to Settings  →  Events  → enable Receive push notifications parameter (2).

    5. Make sure the device has access to AxxonNext Axxon Next notifications.

    Push notifications can be received for the AxxonNet Server only and the connection to AxxonCloud is to be performed (see AxxonCloud Setup and Operation).
