A The Report by user statuses contains employee status is a table which contains the information about the current the current status of employee employees' cards (expired, disabled, locked) and the dates of their expiration

To create the Report by employee status, do the following:

  1. Select the Report by employee status (see Selecting the type of Access Manager report). As a result the dialog box for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.

  2. Set the report parameters in the following way:
    1. Set the Locked checkbox (1) to display the employees with locked cards.
    2. Set the Disabled checkbox (2) to display the employees with disabled cards.
    3. Set the Expired checkbox (3) to display the employees with expired cards.
  3. To create a report click Execute (4).
  4. As a result the report with specified parameters is displayed.
