- Start the Cam_title_updater.exe utility (see Starting and quitting the Cam_title_updater.exe utility).
- If it is required to delete titles in the old format when conversion to a new format is finished, set the Clear old version data at finish checkbox checked (1).
- Click the Update database button (2).
Click the Convert data button (1). Data conversion to new format will start.
Info title Note The conversion of receipts is performed by hundreds: each 100 receipts' data are entered into the new spreadsheet, then deleted from the old.
The process will be visualized by a progress indicator (3).
The conversion process will be shown by means of process display (3).

After a successful update of the Captions / Titles Database, you will see a Finished! sign in the (3) area.
To clean up old-format only captions from the database, do the following:
- Press the Delete old data button (2).
- Press OK in the Warning dialog box.
All old-format captions will be cleaned up.
The titles database is now updated.
