One can work with a virtual Video Capture Device in INTELLECT™ software package. This way assumes that INTELLECT™ operates in a test mode and consists of imitation of video stream feed to virtual Video Capture Device by playing back ready-made video recording. There are two types of virtual video capture devices in Intellect: 

  1. Virtual (INTLIPINT). It is designed to play back video recordings in mkv, mp4 and avi formats for which DirectShow codecs are installed in Windows OS.
  2. Virtual. It is designed to play back video recordings in internal Intellect format and files in .avi format.

  1. Set the Use virtual grabber checkbox (the Video subsystem section in Tweake.exe utility), having shut down INTELLECT™ beforehand.
  2. Set the Virtual or Virtual (INTLIPINT) type of the video capture device depending on the type of the file that will be used for imitation of video stream feed.
  3. Specify the storage for video recording that is to be used for video signal imitation in the Basic settings tab of the selected Camera object.
