To configure the events receiving, do the following: 

  1. By default, the Android Mobile Client auto updates the Server events in the specified time period. To stop the events auto updating, disable the corresponding parameter (1).
  2. Select the autoupdate interval for events: 5 seconds10 seconds or 1 minute (2).
  3. To disable the images display in push notifications, disable the Show images parameter (3).

    It is possible to receive push notifications from the Server in case the alarm event on camera is detected.


  4. To enable the push notifications receiving, perform the following actions in the direct order: 

    1. Connect to the required Axxon Next Server (see Connecting to the server and working with servers in the Android client).

      To receive push notifications from the Axxon Next Server, connect this Server to the AxxonNet cloud service (see AxxonNet Setup and Operation).

      The push notifications from Axxon Next Server can be sent to mobile devices automatically and manually when initiating an alarm event:

      • To send push notifications automatically, it is necessary to configure the corresponding macro to initiate an alarm event on the detector (see Trigger an alarm).
      • Manual alarm event initiation (see Manual Initiation) also initiates sending push notifications to mobile devices.


    2. On the Server statistics screen, go to the Pushes tab and click subscribe (see Server statistics screen).

    3. Make sure the device has access to Axxon Next notifications.

      Push notification is sent only when the alarm on camera is detected. If there are no push notifications, restart the Android device.


  5. In the Notifications period parameter (4) set the time period within which the repeated triggerings of the same camera will be ignored:

    1. None (all push notifications will be received);

    2. 5 seconds (default);

    3. 10 seconds;

    4. 1 minute.
