To open the Map window above all other windows, set the Over all windows when alarm checkbox (3) in the settings panel of the Map object. The Map window will now open on top of other windows in case of alarm registration.

To make it possible to move from the current layer to any other layer, the links should be established in the multilevel maps. If the links recursively connect all layers of the map, they can be used for recursive transition to the alarmed layer.  To enable this option, check the Search alarmed links recursively checkbox (1) in the settings panel of the Map object.
