In Face Intellect 7.1, the value of the UseFaceDB key that regulates the faces storage has been updated, resulting in a change in the general mode of storing faces and related data (see Faces and related data storage modes Storage modes for face images, vectors and metadata).

Face Intellect 7.0 defaults to UseFaceDB = 0, while Face Intellect 7.1 uses UseFaceDB = 2.

  1. Go to <Intellect installation directory>\Modules folder and run the native FaceRecognitionTool.exe utility.
  2. Follow the steps from Using the Face Recognition Tool utility, selecting Big filesystem option from the Mode drop-down list (1).
