The maximum allowed driving speed can be set up for the Radar software module. If , as well as the maximum driving speed. If a vehicle exceeds the specified speed limit, the system generates a speeding event.

To set the speed limit, do the following:

  1. Go to the Speed-traps server object settings panel (2) corresponding to the Radar configurable software module.Image Added
  2. In the Speed limit field enter the allowed driving speed in km/h.
  3. Open the Hardware tab in the System settings window (1).
  4. In the object tree on the left side of the Hardware tab, select the Speed-trap server object representing the Radar module to be set up. The settings panel of the selected object will open on the right side of the window.

  5. In the Alarm on speed limit field enter the maximum allowed driving speed speed in km/h (3).
  6. Click Apply Apply (4).

The speed limit is now set up.
