You can control PTZ cameras. To get started, open a viewing tile for a do this, go to viewing the video from the PTZ camera and click the Image Removed button on the bottom control panel.

The camera viewing angle is controlled using a virtual joystick or step keys depending on the Client settings (see OLD Configuring PTZ cameras control).

Rotation on optional angle is not available while connecting to the Intelect Server. Joystick can move strictly on vertical or horizontal direction.

To control optical zoom, use the Image Removed and Image Removed buttons.

To go to the preset go to the Image Removed tab and select the required preset in the list.

To add a new preset click the Image Removed button.

Controlling the PTZ camera

To control the camera, click the Control button Image Added. Use the gray circle with arrows to point the camera lens to the required position.

Scale correction

To zoom in/out the video, click the Correction button Image Added. Use the Zoom slider to zoom in or out the video.

Gestures

To zoom in/out and focus the video using gestures, click the Gestures button Image Added.

  • To zoom in and focus on a specific point, click the Point zoom button Image Added. After you click it, it is necessary to specify a point on a video where the camera lens should be positioned.
  • To zoom in and focus on a specific area of ​​the video, click the Area zoom button Image Added. After you click it, it is necessary to set the size of the frame that appears. Click the Image Added button to enlarge the selected area to the entire video surveillance window.
  • To zoom out the video, click Farther Image Added.

Presets

To go to the list of presets for the camera position, click the Preset button Image Added. If there are any presets, they will be displayed.

Exit the PTZ control

After you complete working with the PTZ camera, click the Image Added button. As a result, the PTZ control panel will be hidden
