  1. Go to the External Plates DB object settings panel (2).
  2. Select the value Partial match or Wildcards match from the list Search method (31).

  3. Enter the maximum plates number to be returned while searching via a wildcard or a number's part in the external DB in the Partial LP match and template search return no more than … license plate numbers field (43).
