Address book

The address book is in the upper part of the window Archive tab, it contains the numbers added for the current SIP-operator during the SIP-terminal configuration. To call a number from the address book, double-left-click on it. The dialing panel is displayed in the middle of the window.

The address book may be empty if users and/or permissions are not configured in Intellect or if current user does not correspond to any SIP-operator while the default SIP-operator is not selected (see Selecting the default SIP-operator)

Making a call

To make a call from the panel, select a number in the address book or dial the number manually, and then click on the Image Modified button to start a video+audio call, or the Image Modified button for an audio call. In both cases, both video and audio are transmitted from the SIP-device, but in the second case, the video stream from the operator’s camera is not sent to the device.

During the call, the SIP Panel window will be displayed on top of all windows and will look like this:

Calls in the list are sorted by the SIP device priority specified during the system setup (see Configuring SIP-device connection to Intellect SIP-server). If several devices have the same priority, the calls from them are sorted by arrival time. By default, new calls are added to the top of the list, however, the sorting order can be changed so that new calls are added to the end (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object).

A call list window is displayed on top of all windows when making a call and holding a call.

Image Modified Display/hide the tone dialing panel. This panel allows the use of commands added while configuring the SIP device (see Configuring SIP-device connection to Intellect SIP-server).

Image Modified End the call.

titleNote.

By default, pressing buttons on the SIP panel, a command execution and calls are accompanied by sound signals. The sound of clicking the buttons can be turned off at the stage of setting the SIP panel interface object.

The Archive tab

Make sure to configure audio and video archiving to play archived calls (see Configuring video archiving and Configuring audio signals recording).

The table includes incoming Image Added and outcoming Image Added calls. The subscriber number is shown in the Subscriber column, the call start and end time is shown in the Time column. The conference calls are shown as several calls to different numbers at the same time (see Configuring numbers of Intellect's SIP-terminal for details on group calls configuration).

Video and/or sound are played back when playing the archived call depending on whether the subscriber (SIP-operator or SIP-device) has camera and/or microphone configured. The operator's speaker (see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP operator) is utilized for audio playback and the Monitor selected while configuring the SIP Panel (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object) is used to playback video.

Controls for playing archived calls are under the table:
