- Go to the Surveillance Object object setting panel.
- Click the Cameras… button (1). The Add/Edit cameras dialog box opens.
- Move cameras from the list on the left to the list on the right with and buttons (1).
- Select cameras in the list on the right.
- In the Keep archive for (days) field, specify the storage time of the video archive in days (2).
In the Gaps in the archive (days) field, specify the number of days during which the video archive was not recorded, if it is necessary to take into account the standard gaps in the archive (3).
In the Camera connection date field, specify the date the camera was connected to the system (4
Specify the length of time for which you want to keep video archives, in days (2).
- If titles displaying is required, set the ATM events captions captioning checkbox (35).
Click the Set for selected cameras listed on the right button (
46).
- Repeat steps 4-7 for all cameras in the list on the right.
- Click Apply changes and close button (7). The selected cameras will be added to the list on the configuration panel of the Surveillance Object object.
- Click the Apply button on the configuration panel of the Surveillance Object object
Set the archive tracking time period (4): For all time or Over period (days). When Over period (days) is selected, the (5) field is enabled to specify the number of days.
Click Apply changes and close button (6).Info title Note. If For all time is selected, the algorithm of decision-making on an alarm for all time is used, even when the video archive is empty.
If Over period (days) is selected, the value entered in field (5) must be greater than or equal to the archive storage time + 1 day.
To take into account the regular voids in the archive, the number of days in the tracking period should be increased by the maximum number of days of regular voids during the archive storage.
