Interface description
By default, all elements are displayed in the SIP Panel interface. If necessary, some interface elements can be disabled (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object). Below is an example when all interface elements are displayed.
The SIP Panel interface consists of two tabs. The Call tab allows receiving and making calls. The Archive tab lists the incoming and outcoming calls and allows the audio and/or playback of the archived calls with the corresponding controls.See below for the description of each tab interface elements.
The number of the current SIP-operator is indicated in the upper right corner of the SIP Panel.

The buttons at the bottom of the panel provide the call control:
Enable — Enable/disable the operator's camera.
Enable — Enable/disable the operator’s microphone.
Enable — Enable/disable the operator’s speaker.
Hold — Hold the call. A window will open with a list of all incoming calls that can be accepted/resumed using the buttons (with the video from the operator) and (without the video from the operator):

Calls in the list are sorted by the SIP device priority specified during the system setup (see Configuring SIP-device connection to Intellect SIP-server). If several devices have the same priority, the calls from them are sorted by arrival time. By default, new calls are added to the top of the list, however, the sorting order can be changed so that new calls are added to the end (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object).
A call list window is displayed on top of all windows when making a call and holding a call.

By default, pressing buttons on the SIP panel, a command execution and calls are accompanied by sound signals. The sound of clicking the buttons can be turned off at the stage of setting the SIP panel interface object. If there is no answer, the call automatically ends in 30 seconds (this timeout is configurable by the CallTimeout registry key, see Registry keys reference guide). |

Video and/or sound are played back when playing the archived call depending on whether the subscriber (SIP-operator or SIP-device) has camera and/or microphone configured. The operator's speaker (see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP operator) is utilized for audio playback and the Monitor selected while configuring the SIP Panel (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object) is used to playback video.
Controls for playing archived calls are under the table:
