If motion detection runs on GPUtools use GPU decoded video (see Configuring detection tools), make sure the following hardware requirements for devices are met:

1. NVIDIA's graphics cards:

   1. Compute Capability 3.0 and above.

   2. Support for CUDA 10.2 or higher.

   3. Support for the required codec in NVDEC (see https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encode-and-decode-gpu-support-matrix-new).

2. For Intel embedded GPUs:

   1. 6th generation CPU or higher. 

   2. Support for the required codec in Quick Sync Video.
