Intellect Web Report System allows exporting the created reports to computer in the following formats depending on the report type:

  • PDF;
  • RTFCSV;

  • Excel.

    HTML;
    Info
    Excel;
    title
  • CSV;
  • Text.
  • Note

    Images are only supported in PDF format. If you export the report in a format other than PDF, only the text will be saved.


To export a report to a file, select an available format from the drop-down From the dropdown list (1) select a format in which the report is exported on the toolbar and click the button (2).

If there is a "System.OutOfMemoryException" message is displayed when trying you try to export the created Report by users access levels or Report by users of , access levels and readers reports readers in PDF format, then it is necessary to reduce the exported data by splitting the report into several documents. For instance, create reports by less departments and then merge PDFs several PDF files in one file using the third-party software.
