To work with Axxon Next software the following requirements for OpenGL are to be fulfilled:

1. wersja 2.0 bądź wyższa;

Program ten zawiera także sporą bazę danych zawierającą informacje na temat obsługi OpenGL przez karty graficzne różnych producentów.

Axxon Next Client cannot be started if the scale of all items on the screen (DPI) is over 100%.  You may have issues with Axxon Next VMS if the screen resolution is set at 1280*720 pixels or lower. 

The Server and Client must be of the same version. If not, Axxon Next VMS may have issues.

Klient Axxon Next nie może być uruchomiony, jeśli skala wszystkich elementów na ekranie (DPI) jest wyższa niż 100%. Przy rozdzielczości 1280*720 bądź niższej, Axxon Next VMS może nie funkcjonować prawidłowo.

For correct operation of Axxon Next VMS, the OS should use the UTF-8 locale.

To install Axxon Next, you must log in to Windows as an administrator.

For proper installation of Axxon Next, there should be no spaces at the beginning of the name of the folder which contains the installer

For correct and full-feature operation of Axxon Next software, the system must not limit network activity between all Servers and Clients.

 TCP and UDP access to these ports should be enabled. Otherwise, access to all ports should be allowed in the system

Time must be synchronized among all computers in the system (to be configured by the user).

If you have edge storage enabled in the system, synchronization between the server and the IP device is necessary (see The Embedded Storage object).

Lack of synchronization may lead to bad DB entries of events detected on the edge device.

Before installing Axxon Next, make sure the video card drivers on the computer are fully up to date

NetBIOS name of a PC must match the following requirements:

• contains only Latin, numerical and "-" characters;
• does not exceed 15 characters in length.

The Client cannot be started on a remote desktop through the Remote Desktop Connection utility built into Windows

Aby instalacja Axxon Next w systemie Windows przebiegła prawidłowo, niezbędne jest zalogowanie się na konto z uprawnieniami administratora.

Aby instalacja Axxon Next przebiegła prawidłowo, nazwa folderu, w której znajduje się instalator, nie może rozpoczynać się od spacji.

Aby wszystkie funkcjonalności Axxon Next działały prawidłowo, niezbędny jest brak restrykcji co do aktywności sieciowej w systemie. Jeśli podczas instalacji podane zostaną porty, którymi Axxon Next ma się posługiwać, dostęp poprzez TCP oraz UDP do nich powinien zostać zapewniony w systemie.

W innym przypadkach, w systemie powinien zostać zapewniony dostęp do wszystkich portów.

Niezbędne jest zsynchronizowanie zegarów systemowych wśród wszystkich komputerów w systemie (przez ich użytkowników).

Jeśli system zawiera pamięć masową typu edge, synchronizacja między serwerem a urządzeniem IP jest niezbędna (zobacz: Obiekt typu Pamięć Wbudowana).

Brak synchronizacji może spowodować błędne wpisy dotyczące wykrytych zdarzeń w bazie danych urządzenia typu edge.

Przed instalacją Axxon Next upewnij się, że sterowniki karty graficznej są w najnowszej wersji.

NetBIOSName komputera musi spełniać następujące warunki:

• zawierać znaki wyłącznie alfabetu łacińskiego, cyfry, bądź "-";
• nie być dłuższe niż 15 znaków.

Klient nie może zostać uruchomiony zdalnie poprzez funkcję Pulpitu Zdalnego wbudowaną w system Windows.

Jeśli komputer jest połączony z domeną Active Directory, aby możliwe był dostęp do dysków, jeden z warunków musi zostać spełniony:

1. Lista kontroli dostępu zawiera jedynie lokalne bądź wbudowane nazwy grupy i użytkowników.
2. Stwórz użytkownika AxxonFileBrowser w domenie i dodaj go do grupy Użytkownicy (zobacz: Instalacja, krok 8).

If a computer is linked to an Active Directory domain, one of the following conditions must be met to enable disk access:

1. Access control lists must contain only local or built-in groups and users.
2. Create an AxxonFileBrowser user in the domain and add it to the Users group (see Instalacja step 8).
   This behavior is typical only of file systems that have access permissions (for example, NTFS).
