Poprawne przywrócenie konfiguracji z kopii zapasowej jest zapewnione, jeśli:

  • kopia zapasowa została utworzona w tej samej wersji programu (włączając numer buildu);
  • kopia zapasowa została utworzona na tym samym komputerze (dla licencji bez klucza Guardant)).

Informacje na temat wersji produktu oraz unikalny kod konfiguracji komputer można znaleźć w pliku JSON zapisanym w folderze zawierającym konfigurację

We can guarantee that your configuration will be fully recovered if:

  • the backup was created on the same software version (including the build number);
  • the backup was created on the same PC (for licensing without the Guardant key).

The information about the product version and the PC's HID can be found in a JSON file in the saved configuration folder.

To successfully restore a configuration, please ensure that the current Server name is exactly the same as the Server name in the backup configuration.

To restore a configuration:

  1. On the main page of the Backup and Restore Utility, set the switch to the Restore position.

    A window then opens for configuring restoration of the configuration.
  2. In the field (1), specify the file containing the configuration backup.

  3. After the file is opened, the servers on the current domain are displayed in the other field (2). You can select a server in the list only if it is on the domain and the open file contains the corresponding backup. To start restoration, click the Next button. 
    Progress information is shown in the following window.

  4. When restoration is complete, a message informs of successful completion.

  5. To close the window, click the Close button.

Aby skutecznie przywrócić konfigurację, upewnij się, że nazwa obecnego Serwrea jest taka sama, jak nazwa Serwera w kopii zapasowej.

Aby przywrócić konfigurację z kopii zapasowej:

  1. W głównym menu Narzędzia konfigurowania kopii zapasowej i jej przywracania, zaznacz Przywróć kopię zapasową.

    Wyświetli się okno konfiguracji przywracania kopii zapasowej.
  2. Wybierz folder, w którym znajdują się kopie zapasowe, a następnie wybierz kopię zapasową z listy kopii

  3. Po wybraniu pliku, wyświetlone zostaną Serwery dostępne w obecnej Domenie Axxon w polu obok. Można wybrać Serwer z listy tylko wtedy, gdy jest on częścią /Domeny Axxon, a otwarty plik zawiera odpowiednią kopię zapasową. Aby rozpocząć proces przywracania, naciśnij Dalej.
    W następnym oknie widoczny będzie proces przywracania konfiguracji.

  4. Po zakończeniu przywracania, o tym fakcie informuje kolejne okno.
