To receive push notifications from the Intellect Server, activate and configure Web-server module (see Configuring the Web-server module).  In Intellect 4.11.1 and earlier versions is required existence of special certificate from the Apple (for more information Updating the push notifications certificate for Intellect 4Push notifications are not supported in Intellect 4.11.1 and earlier versions).

Push notifications are sent to a device regardless of whether it is connected to the Server or not. Apple servers are responsible for delivering notifications.
