Jeśli wielu użytkowników jednocześnie przepatruje alarmy, tylko jeden z nich może przejść do trybu zarządzania alarmami dla danego alarmu. Inni operatorzy mogą przełączyć do trybu alarmów z ograniczonymi funkcjami w celu odtwarzania zdarzenia alarmu. Może to być przeprowadzone na dwa sposoby:

In the case of multi-user processing, only one operator may accept an alarm for processing. Other operators may switch to alarm mode with limited functions for the purpose of playing back the alarm. This can be done in one of two ways:

1. Click the Image Removed button (see the section Monitorowanie wideo w trybie zarządzania alarmami).
2. Switch to the Alarms tab and select the alarm from the alarms list.

In Alarm Management mode with limited functions, the Alarm Management buttons are not displayed. Instead, the name of the operator who is currently processing the alarm is displayed. The other functions of the alarm handling tile remain unchanged.

After processing of the alarm on another client, on the given client the status assigned to the alarm is displayed in place of the name of the operator.

If a user has accepted an alarm for processing and leaves Alarm Management mode (going to Live Video mode, Archive or Archive Search mode, the viewing tile for another camera, etc.), after an amount of time equal to the operator's idle time after leaving, other users will also have the opportunity to accept the alarm for processing.

W trybie zarządzenia alarmami z ograniczoną funkcjonalnością przyciski zarządzania alarmem nie są wyświetlane; zamiast tego wyświetlana jest nazwa użytkownika obecnie przetwarzającego alarm. Inne funkcje okna zarządzania alarmami pozostaną niezmienione.

Po zakończeniu przetwarzania alarmu na innym kliencie, wyświetlony zostanie status nadany alarmowi w miejscu, gdzie wcześniej wyświetlała się nazwa operatora.

Jeśli użytkownik zaakceptował alarm do przetworzenia, a następnie opuścił tryb zarządzania alarmami (poprzez przejście do trybu na żywo, trybu archiwum, trybu zaawansowanego wyszukiwania w archiwum, etc. ), inny użytkownik będzie mógł zaakceptować alarm do przetworzenia po upłynięciu określonego czasu nieaktywności. 

Jeśli więcej niż jeden alarm zostanie zainicjowany dla jednej kamery, każdy użytkownik może zaakceptować jeszcze nieobsługiwany alarm do przetworzeniaIf more than one alarm appears for one camera, any operator may access all alarms not yet accepted for processing.
