Aby zebrać informacje o terminalu POS za pośrednictwem specjalnego narzędzia, wykonaj następujące kroki:

1. Jeśli terminal POS wspiera transmisję danych poprzez Ethernet lub poprzez port COM, pobierz

Follow these steps to gather required information about POS terminal using a special utility:

1. If the POS-terminal supports data transmission over Ethernet or via the COM port, download the POS Terminal Data Collection Utility at the AxxonSoft web-site.
2. Extract downloaded archive into any folder.
3. Connect the POS terminal to the computer.

6. Podłącz terminal POS do komputera.
7. Uruchom plik ProtocolLicenser.exe. Otwarte zostanie okno Run the ProtocolLicenser.exe executable file. The Read protocol from service window opens.
   
8. In the W polu Log file name field specify a full path to the folder where the file with gathered info is to be saved. By default, the file is stored in the folder to which the archive with the utility is unpacked.
9. If the POS-terminal is connected to the computer via COM-port, specify connection parameters in the COM tab.
10. If the POS-terminal is connected to the computer via Ethernet, specify connection parameters for TCP or UDP protocol in the corresponding tab.
11. Click Start to run log collection.
12. Start using the POS-terminal, i.e. issuing receipts. It is highly recommended to do all the operations including Cancel, Return, etc.
    Process of gathering info is displayed via the Status progress bar.

    To finish log collection click Stop.
13.  wpisz pełną ścieżkę do folderu, w którym mają zostać zapisane zgromadzone pliki. Domyślnie jest to folder, w którym archiwum z narzędziem zostało rozpakowane.
14. Jeśli terminal jest podpięty do komputera poprzez port COM, określ parametry połączenia w zakładce COM.
15. Jeśli terminal jest podpięty do komputera poprzez Ethernet, określ parametry połączenia TCP lub UDP w odpowiedniej zakładce.
16. Naciśnij Start, aby rozpocząć proces gromadzenia logów.
17. Rozpocznij korzystanie z terminalu POS, np. generowanie recept. Zalecane jest, aby w wykonywane czynności zaliczały się operacje typu Cancel, Return, etc.
    Proces gromadzenia informacji jest wyświetlany poprzez pasek postępu Status.

    Aby zakończyć zbieranie logów, naciśnij Stop.

Po ukończeniu wszystkich operacji na terminalu POS, prześlij plik logów wraz z kopiami recept do After doing all the operations on the POS-terminal, send the log file with copies of receipts to AxxonSoft.
