To shift a floor in an arbitrary direction, click on the floor image and, while holding down the left mouse button, move the image to the required location.

Both the selected floor and the floors created on its basis will move. |
To rotate or resize the floor image, click and hold the 
button, and rotate or enlarge the floor image.
