If license plate recognition (RR) runs on GPU, make sure the following requirements for devices are met:

1. GPU is an NVidia.Only NVidia devices with 1.4 GB of video memory or more.

2. Compute Capability 3.1 5 or higher.

3. NVidia driver version is 450.36.06 or higher.
