If license plate recognition (RR) runs on GPU, make sure the following requirements for devices are met:

1. Only NVidia devices with The GPU is an NVIDIA with at least 1.4 GB of video memory or more.

2. Compute Capability 3.5 or higher.

3. NVidia NVIDIA driver version 450.36.06 or higher.
