  1. Start the utility from the Windows taskbar. Click Start, then Programs, then Intellect Axxon PSIM, then Tools, then FPS testing utility.
    The fps.exe utility is available from the Start menu with the following installation types of the Intellect Axxon PSIM software: Server, Remote administrator workstation, Remote client.
  2. Start the utility from the Tools folder of the Intellect Axxon PSIM program folder: <Intellect><Axxon PSIM>\Modules64\fps.exe .

After starting the fps.exe utility there will be a dialog window Video processing FPS tester.
