  1. Open the Users tab in the System Settings window.
  2. Create a User permissions object. If no User permissions objects have been created, click the User permissions button in the lower part of the window to create one.

    If at least one registered rights object exists, which is shown in the objects tree below the User permissions button, the new rights object can be created from the context menu of the existing object.
  3. The object appears in the objects tree under the User permissions button, and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System Setting window.
